Well I haven't had one free minute since the weekend to scrap. I did sit down and go through a few pictures to plan out a page I want to do. Other than that, I've just had to much going on.
Tomorrow I vow to sit down and get a page done. Completely done. Embelishments and journaling.
Today it hit me that my kids, ages 15 and 17 are going to be leaving the roost soon. Kristina will be 16 next month and Eric turns 18 in October. He can't wait to move out. He's going through this stage in life where everything is " I can't wait till I'm 18 and can do what I want." God to be 18 again... I keep telling him to be careful what you wish for.. it's not all a bed of roses when you turn 18.
But, there's no talking sense into him. I just take it one day at a time. He'll realize soon enough.
Kristina's really starting to think more and more about Kevin leaving for the Marines in Sept. I worry how she's going to handle it. She and Kevin are inseperable. They do everything together. They are best friends. This weekend, she's going to the Senior Prom with Kevin. We got her dress on Saturday and it's soooooooooo pretty!
I really hope we can find a car for her for her 16th birthday. I'm taking her and her best friend Mallory to NYC the weekend before her birthday. SHe is sooooooooo excited. I love NYC and so does she. We're gonna have a blast. I want to take her to a broadway show.. I'm thinking either Wicked or Rent. Have to remember to go online and try to buy tickets.
That's it for tonight. Night!
