If you read my blog, you'll see that a few weeks ago I finally found my childhood bestfriend Cathleen after 30 years of searching for her! After we talked on the phone the first night I found her ( for 4 hours, mind you) she called me back to ask if my parents still had "The Naked Lady Oil Lamp". OMG, I laughed so hard. She remembered it from our childhood and told me that she always looked over her shoulder to make sure my mom wasn't looking so she could touch the oil streaming down on the lines... So funny! You know, I had to snitch on her and tell mom! LOL
So, I took a few pictures last night as I was at Mom and Dad's so I could email them to Cathleen.. Thought I'd share a couple!

Ooooohhh Moni I just came across this. When I saw the first pic of the lamp, I hollered "I had one of those!" When I read your post I had to laugh. Sold mine at a garage sale, years & years ago.

I have one that is very similar! that's what I call it too. In fact I just searched in google for "naked lady oil lamp" and this is what came up. Haha.
